Jill Young, Ph.D., BCBA serves as the Site Director for the Sacramento region. She completed her Bachelors of Arts degree in Psychology at California State University, Sacramento and her Ph.D. at the City University of New York, Queens College. Dr. Young is also a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.

As part of her professional training and experience, Dr. Young completed a Research Fellowship at the Institute for Basic Research in Developmental Disabilities in Staten Island, New York and a Fellowship for Doctoral Study in Applied Behavioral Analysis at the Princeton Child Development Institute (PCDI) in Princeton, New Jersey. Dr. Young has conducted research in various areas of behavior analysis including a study on generalized imitation across response classes with young children with autism subsequently published in the Journal of Applied Behavior Analysis.

Dr. Young was the founder and first director of the New York Child Learning Institute (NYCLI), a New York State certified non-public pre-school and school program for children with autism. The Institute was the first replication of the Princeton Child Development Institute program for pre-school and school age children with autism spectrum disorders and the first center-based behavioral intervention program in New York City. While at NYCLI, Dr. Young also served as adjunct professor of Psychology at Queens College and California State University, Sacramento.

Dr. Young received a Citation of Honor for providing the highest standard of education for children with autism spectrum disorders from the office of President of Borough of Queens, City of New York for her work at NYCLI. Dr. Young also serves on the Board of Directors of the California Association for Behavior Analysis as Secretary from 2003-2007. She currently serves as its 2009 Conference Co-Chair and member of the Legislative Affairs and Public Policy Committee.


 
       
     

Kristi Baysinger, M.A. BCBA is the Site Coordinator for The Kendall School-Elk Grove. Ms. Baysinger received her Bachelors of Arts degree in Psychology from California State University, Sacramento and her Masters of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of the Pacific. She is also a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.

Ms. Baysinger has experience designing and applying a range of behavioral interventions with both typically-developing preschool children as well as those with autism spectrum disorders. During her time at the University of the Pacific, she worked as a Behavior Intervention Specialist providing training in the implementation of behavior plans to for parents of children with varying diagnoses aged 2-14 years. She was also the Clinical Coordinator for the UOP Psychology Clinic which provided a variety of services to the community including assessment of AD-HD, IQ testing, custody evaluations, and parent training. In addition to her work with children, Ms. Baysinger has also worked with adults diagnosed with schizophrenia in a residential setting. Ms. Baysinger has presented research projects at poster sessions at the California Association for Behavior Analysis and symposium at the Western Psychological Association. Her graduate thesis focused upon improving reading comprehension and self-efficacy related to reading competence in elementary school-age children.

Ms. Baysinger has 10 years of experience working in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis. During that time she has worked with 50 children with autism spectrum disorders ranging in age from 8 months to 8 years of age. Ms. Baysinger has more than 16,000 hours of experience providing direct service and clinical supervision for children with autism spectrum disorders.

Devon Homme M.A. is the Site Coordinator for The Kendall School–Modesto. Ms. Homme received her Bachelor and Master of Arts in Education (Special Education) from California State University, Stanislaus. Ms. Homme holds three teaching credentials, one in general education and two in special education. Ms. Homme has extensive experience working with children in school settings. Her current primary focus is programming and training for socialization with peers. Ms. Homme has more than 20,000 hours of experience in providing direct treatment and supervision to more than 60 children with diagnosed with an autism spectrum disorder. Ms. Homme's thesis research, which was presented at the 2005 Annual Conference of the California Association for Behavior Analysis, involved the use of a tactile prompt to increase spontaneous commenting in children with autism.

Allyson Moore, M.S., BCBA is the Site Coordinator for The Kendall School-Tracy and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Clinical Psychology from San Jose State University and a Masters of Science degree in Psychology (Behavior Analysis Concentration) from California State University, Stanislaus. Additionally, Ms. Moore is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and a registered Marriage Family Therapist Intern. She also serves on the Board of Directors of the California Association for Behavior Analysis and the Association of Professional Behavior Analysts.

Prior to joining our staff, Ms. Moore served as consultant to home-based intervention programs for children with autism in the Santa Cruz area. In addition, she was the first teacher for The Bay School, a nonpublic school for children with autism located in Santa Cruz, CA. Ms. Moore also worked as a Behavior Interventionist designing behavior change programs for children and adults with a wide variety of disabilities within the Valley Mountain Regional Center service area.

Ms. Moore has training and experience in the use of direct instruction, errorless and incidental teaching methods, as well as fluency-based measures of behavior. She has extensive experience developing programs for children with autism spectrum disorders across various skill levels. Ms. Moore has made several presentations at the annual conferences of The California Association for Behavior Analysis and Association for Behavior Analysis International. She has more than 16,000 hours of experience providing direct treatment and supervision to more than 75 children diagnosed with an autism spectrum disorder.


Christen Rae, M.A., BCBA received her Bachelor of Science and Masters of Arts Degree in Psychology from Western Michigan University. Her graduate degree from Western Michigan included a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis with a dual emphasis in Organizational Behavior Management and Autism. Ms. Rae is also a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. In addition to her clinical and supervisory responsibilities at Kendall School-Tracy, she coordinates BCBA training and supervision agency-wide.

As part of her applied training, Ms. Rae worked with children with autism spectrum disorders aged 2-6 years of age under the advisement of Richard W. Malott, Ph. D. Prior to joining our staff, Ms. Rae served as a consultant to both special and general education teachers for cases involving children being mainstreamed into general education classrooms. She also has experience developing in-home programs that target academic success in concurrent school settings.

Currently, Ms. Rae has provided direct treatment and supervision for more than 25 children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorders. She also
Ms. Rae has made professional presentations at conferences such as the Behavior Analysis Association of Michigan (BAAM), the Mid-American Association for Behavior Analysis (MABA), and the Association for Behavior Analysis (ABA).
