Our Advantage

Science vs. pseudo-science.

Treatment fads come and go, but it’s a scientific approach that will ultimately provide a complete understanding of autism spectrum disorders, just as it has for other medical conditions. We support unequivocally the answers provided by a scientific approach and base all clinical practice on that science.

Our evidence-based treatments are designed and managed by licensed and credentialed professionals.
Our Clinical Supervisors have graduate degrees in Psychology, Special Education, and Behavior Analysis. In addition, all of our Clinical Supervisors have the appropriate credential and/or license with over 90% of them being Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA®) with an average of 6 years of supervising intensive evidence-based programs. More than 1/3 of our clinicians have been credentialed ABA practitioners for 10 years or more. We have experience supervising behavior analytic treatment programs for children, adolescents, and teenagers with autism spectrum disorders with diverse needs.

Our direct line staff receive critical didactic and experiential training to ensure their competence.
Our direct line staff are RBT® certified by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board and must demonstrate competencies prior to working with any client. In addition, direct line staff must commit to and pursue additional expertise and credentialing. Their work is closely monitored and evaluated by Clinical Supervisors on an ongoing basis.
