We’re honored to work with driven and conscientious individuals. The right people make the hard work we do more rewarding. Are you looking for a career where you can make a difference? You’ve come to the right place.

Our Mission

Our mission is to improve the lives of everyone we serve through state-of-the-art behavior analytic treatment and research.

Our Vision

is that people throughout the world may benefit from our treatment model.
In order to accomplish this, we regularly have visitors from all over the globe visit our centers to meet our staff and learn how we provide treatment.

Our Culture

At Therapeutic Pathways, we take a participatory, forward-looking approach in helping our clients learn and grow. Each of our clinical supervisors, directors, assistants, and behavior technicians are passionate and dedicated to providing the best treatment for every individual in our care. We encourage individuality and celebrate every client’s interests.

Our Purpose

Therapeutic Pathways believes every individual with autism should receive the same opportunity to enhance their quality of life. We recognize that many people with autism have been treated unfairly and have unequal access to care based on their sex, race, ethnicity, or religious background.

In response, we actively pursue ways to help all clients, staff members, and families feel welcomed, accepted, and appreciated. One way is through staff support, and we are proud to invest in their education through classes, training programs, and certifications.

We actively pursue inclusive hiring practices and welcome clients from all backgrounds. That’s our passion and our purpose.
