Folsom ABA Therapy

Located just over 20 miles from Sacramento, this Kendall Center provides intensive Folsom ABA therapy for children with autism. If your child has been diagnosed with autism and is struggling with social interactions and communication or is engaging in problem behavior, a program at the Kendall Center may help.

We are proud to offer a full gamut of applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy programs for children with autism in Folsom, California. The Kendall Center helps children with autism develop necessary skills for living independent, well-rounded, and satisfying lives.

At Therapeutic Pathways, we believe the best treatment is interactive – there should be engagement between the child’s parents and staff. We include families in the treatment process so that everyone is on the same page and has resources for dealing with certain behaviors safely and appropriately.

ABA Therapy

ABA therapy is an intensive, science-backed approach that helps improve social behavior in children with autism. The main focuses are on developing new skills, refining learned skills, and reducing problem behavior that commonly prevents children with autism from being independent and social.

Using ABA therapy, children learn which behaviors are safe and appropriate in a given situation and which are not. Our credentialed Clinical Teams break a behavior down into smaller steps so children can easily understand them. Our staff then works closely with each child, taking as much time as necessary to instill valuable social and life skills.

Before therapy begins, our staff meets with each child’s parent or caregiver to discuss an individualized treatment plan. Then, our board-certified clinical staff works with each child to develop realistic, attainable goals based on their unique challenges, strengths, and interests.

These incremental steps make it easier for children with autism to achieve their goals. At Therapeutic Pathways, we will help your child every step of the way in their development toward independence.
