Staff Spotlight: Desireé Davis

This month, we’d like to show our appreciation and give a shoutout to Desireé Davis, a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at Therapeutic Pathways.

Desireé joined us last December, and although she’s been here just 10 months, she’s already made strong connections with her clients and their families. Children connect with her friendly, caring attitude, and parents appreciate her sense of humor and dedication to her position.

Of the things she likes best about Therapeutic Pathways, Desireé is quick to thank her fellow RBTs for their friendliness and willingness to help with client programs. Having a strong, supportive work environment is one of our greatest strengths, and we’re grateful to provide staff with opportunities for professional development and continuing education.

When asked what motivates her to get up and go to work, Desireé points to her clients. She says she’s motivated by thinking about the fun and silly playtimes that she gets to share with her clients, and she enjoys seeing their personalities shine through in every interaction. The connections she’s made with the children have given her a strong sense of commitment, and she says it’s beyond rewarding to see them learn and grow.

Thank you for all you do, Desireé! From everyone at Therapeutic Pathways, we appreciate your hard work and contribution to making children’s lives better.
