This month, we’re turning the spotlight on Ryan Covington Garcia, a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at Therapeutic Pathways.
Ryan joined as a Behavior Technician in early 2020, working closely with supervisors and training diligently. He is now a certified RBT, and Therapeutic Pathways is grateful for the energy, empathy, and reliability that Ryan extends every day to his clients and coworkers.
A dedicated go-getter, Ryan says his motivation lies in having the opportunity to make a positive impact in clients’ lives. Ryan is inspired to reach any goal set by himself or his team, no matter its size or difficulty.
Even though he’s a fairly new employee, Ryan says he feels welcomed and appreciated, describing the company culture at Therapeutic Pathways as warm, inviting, and supportive.
We got to ask Ryan some questions about his professional experiences and what he enjoys most about working at Therapeutic Pathways.
How has your career grown since starting at Therapeutic Pathways?
Working here has made me want to further my career within the company, and I recently applied for a lead position.
What is your favorite thing about working at Therapeutic Pathways?
I feel like I am heard and cared about by my co-workers, supervisors, and even by people I have not yet met face-to-face.
Is there anything you’d like to add about working at Therapeutic Pathways?
Working here has been absolutely life-changing. The people here have helped me acquire tools and skills that have not only helped me be better at my job but have also improved the overall quality of my day-to-day life.
